Miniature world

Our miniature world: the one we explore, the one we dream about when we point out all the places we would like to go to together.

What a wonderful way to explore, I used to do this with my father when I was a little girl. A lovely memory. Dream on...

Je regarde toujours la terre en réduction comme toi. Qaund j'étais enfant, je fermais les yeux, la faisait tourner et pointait du doigt le pays où je devais aller, en rêve.

Isn't it amazing how little our world really is, yet how much it is filled with beauty and lovely people. I adore your photos on this blog! They are so captivating.

Great Photo! I love globes...It seems they are becoming a trend in decor too.
I wish sometimes it were smaller so I could travel easier!
Love all your work!

Every house should have a globe to see the world.

Une mappemonde et nos rêves sont prêts à s'envoler au gré du hasard, c'est aussi un de nos moments préférés avec les enfants...

Oh Elisabelle, it was just yesterday that I was sitting in my room nearly in tears at the thought that there are so many stories yet to be heard in this world. Your photo makes my heart happy because yes, it is a small world after all.

Do you ever spin the globe and say, 'I'll go where my finger lands,' and when you see where it lands, say, 'Perhaps not. I'll try again'?

what a beautiful photo of globe!=) I used to have one too when I was little. I guess I still have it, but I just have no idea where it is. It's lovely to spend time watching at it and dreaming of all the places I would love to visit:)
