Thoughts on Las Vegas

Views from sunrise to sunset.
The first photo was our bedroom view.

I never figured I would visit Las Vegas someday.
When Solal mentioned that he would like to go there during our trip, I was so surprised. I first replied: "No way!".
But a friend convinced me that Le Cirque du Soleil shows (we went to see "O") and the Grand Canyon were worth to see.

Las Vegas represents the opposite I am usually drawn to (no offense Hannah!): gambling, money, artificial reproductions.

But I can honestly say that I am really happy I have seen it: it is a such unique experience. It doesn't look or feel like any place else.

On a side note, we began a new blog with Marie, my partner in crime when it comes to photos. It will last only during our trip. We take a photo at the same time each day with 9 hours of time difference. If you want to have a look: here it is.

I want to fly everyday!!!

Before the boarding, Solal was teasing me all the time. And it was not funny AT ALL!!!
I was so scared... But as soon as I stepped into the helicopter, I instantly loved it.
It was fabulous!!!
Next time I want to fly with the door open because the reflections on the windows made it very difficult to take good photos;)

Randomly SF

When the sun finally came out, we made the most of it. I shot some film too that I will share when we will be back. Right now, we are in Vegas. We will fly over the Grand Canyon with an helicopter today. I can't believe I am going to do that, I am so afraid of heights...

Rainy San Francisco

It's been pouring rain for the last 2 days!
We had to come back three times at the hotel to change our soaked clothes yesterday.

I have a great news: I am a new contributor at words to shoot by. I am so thrilled! I love this blog. Thank you much Steph!

We left for San Francisco this morning....

The color of his eyes is changing all the time: shades of blue, grey and green.
I could spend hours just staring at them.
