We were staying in Lower Manhattan, we went back regularly on the shores of the Hudson River.
Wherever I am, if I see water, I feel at home and in peace. Remember me why I live in Paris already....
Shallow chat: we left with an empty suitcase and had to buy an additional one to come back. I don't usually have the time to do much shopping in Paris, I made up for it in New York. Plus the change rate made everything so cheap (I know: good excuse!). We came back with so many things that one of my mission this weekend is to re-organize all the closets.

Quelle belle lumière! Ça a l'air d'avoir été un très bon séjour! Et c'est vrai qu'avec le cours du dollar, on se sent riche aux Etats-Unis en ce moment. Tu as découvert des boutiques sympa?

I know the feeling; apart from a few second hand finds, I bought absolutely no clothes, shoes etc when I was in Denmark this last year. BUT as soon as I stood on American soil, I went shopping crazy ;-) Things are just so much cheaper here than in Denmark!
