Asparagus and cherry tomatoes quiche

Marion has a great blog! And great finds!
Thanks to this post, I discovered Xavier Encinas and his blog. He gave me a bunch a new ideas and I cooked this.
I did not follow the recipe, I never do. Mine is with ricotta.
My version still needs some improvements. Next time, I will cook cherry tomatoes in olive oil beforehand with garlic.

cela me rappelle une succulente recette avec du parmesan dans la pâte brisé et des tomates cerises confites sur un lit de tapenade .... un délice !!

I liked reading:
"I did not follow the recipe, I never do"

This is often the case for me as well. I see recipes more as inspiration than specific instruction.

Oh my goodness! That looks so yummy. And only true cooks never follow a recipe. But I am not a true cook and need one if I want to make something that is edible.
